The Engagement
- Initial Meeting for chemistry check fit of experiences and aspirations
- Engagement Duration: 12 months for continuity as the young leader grows
- Frequency & Duration: 2-3 hours/month
- Unlimited access to mentor throughout engagement between sessions
- Recommended to partner mentoring in conjunction with Leadership Development
- Target: Young leaders that have organizational responsibility for a team or a business
